Andrew Kerr The first McDonalds restaurant in the UK opened in October 1974 at 56/60 Powis Street, Woolwich. Conway Relf acted for McDonalds in acquiring that property and over 36 years later Andrew is still advising the company. Over the years Andrew has acquired in excess of 200 of our restaurants.
